Chef John has provided his full service to our family for several parties. Both intimate and large gatherings, he does not miss a detail. I give John an idea or feel for the party I am envisioning, and he brings it to life with the most beautiful and delicious food. From the heirloom beet salad, homemade sun-dried tomatoes & peppers, baked ricotta, and antipasto appetizers; to the intricate main courses of spaghetti with vegetable ragu, braised short rib, roasted filet, and wild salmon, Chef John delivers decadent perfection. John has also turned a simple pizza party into a real tasting experience enjoyed by all! After a dinner party, I had friends tell me it was the greatest time and food they have had. Chef John is ultra professional, creative and aims to put on the most spectacular dinner party. I highly recommend his service!
