Chef John did the most amazing job for the Summer party we threw. The food was so delicious and creative, everyone couldn’t stop talking about it! It was so nice to enjoy our party and guests and not worry about serving or clean up! Can’t wait to use his services again! :)
I hired Chef John for my sister in law’s baby shower and he was so accommodating. There were some dietary restrictions with some guests and his professionalism and integrity to please everyone made our experience with him such a pleasure! He was constantly in contact with me, planning the menu out, and suggesting ideas. He was an absolute joy to work with! I’ve reccomended him to many of my friends, who have also hired him as their personal chef for special events! Chef John is the best of the best.
I want to thank you again for preparing such a wonderful meal for us for Amy’s birthday. The food was delicious, and planning the meal with you was a pleasure. You were super accommodating and handled all the girls’ food restrictions with ease. You came up with a meal plan that was not only wonderful but worked for everyone. The personal printed menu you made for the evening was an especially nice touch. We framed it for our friend, and it now hangs in her apartment. Thank you for making our event extra special.
Chef John has provided his full service to our family for several parties. Both intimate and large gatherings, he does not miss a detail. I give John an idea or feel for the party I am envisioning, and he brings it to life with the most beautiful and delicious food. From the heirloom beet salad, homemade sun-dried tomatoes & peppers, baked ricotta, and antipasto appetizers; to the intricate main courses of spaghetti with vegetable ragu, braised short rib, roasted filet, and wild salmon, Chef John delivers decadent perfection. John has also turned a simple pizza party into a real tasting experience enjoyed by all! After a dinner party, I had friends tell me it was the greatest time and food they have had. Chef John is ultra professional, creative and aims to put on the most spectacular dinner party. I highly recommend his service!
John has done several parties for me, and there’s no going back: he is by far the best caterer I’ve ever hired. He works closely with clients to bring originality and flair to the menu; his culinary skills are exceptional, and his presentation and execution at the event are completely professional. At my last party, several of the guests asked for his recipes, which I consider the highest compliment a caterer can receive.
